What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that sites visited by users send to their devices. Profiling cookies

These are cookies used to track the user's navigation on the web and create profiles on tastes, habits, choices, etc. With these cookies, advertising messages can be sent to the user device in line with the preferences already expressed by the same user when browsing online.

Analytical Cookies

These are used to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit this site. The Guarantor (with reference to Provision no. 229 of 8 May 2014), has specified that these cookies can be assimilated to technical cookies only if they are used for site optimisation purposes and directly by the site Owner (therefore not by a third party), who may collect information in aggregate form on the number of users and how they visit the site. Under these conditions, the same rules, regarding information and consent, provided for technical cookies apply to analytical cookies.

Third-party cookies

The expression of consent for the storage of cookies depends on the purposes for which the cookies are used. For the installation of first-party technical and analytical cookies no user consent is required, while in the case of third-party cookies it is necessary, among other things, to provide appropriate information. Even profiling cookies can only be installed on the user's device if the user has expressed his or her free, voluntary, specific and unequivocal consent after being adequately informed.

Acquiring consent to store cookies

In order to keep track of the consent acquired, the website owner uses a special technical cookie, a system that is not particularly invasive and does not in turn require further consent.
