Necklace featuring 4-strand brass chain in ‘antique brass’ finish, 7 mm thick. The back is made of cinnamon-colored doubled leather; button (half-crystal bead in gold color) and buttonhole guarantees a secure fastening and makes it a distinctive detail. Light to wear, only 102 g.

 

Each necklace is made in Florence (Italy), with a rigorous selection of materials, maximum care and great craftsmanship.

You can return your purchase within 14 days of its receipt by REGISTERED MAIL (so that can be tracked), as long as it is undamaged and unworn (expenses payable by you).

You can choose to exchange it for another product or you can be refunded as soon as we receive the returned item (with the same payment method by which you paid).

Shipping and customs charges for returns are NON-refundable.

Protect your necklaces by avoiding spraying perfume or lacquer on them: leather is a precious natural material that can be sensitive to cosmetics.

Ideally, you should store them in their box and keep them open (unbuttoned) in a horizontal position so that the leather lies flat and creases do not form.
REPLACEMENT OF LEATHER PART
If you would like to replace the leather part of your old necklace with a brand new one, it can be done! The cost for this service is only 35€ (shipping costs not included).

VEGETABLE ALTERNATIVE TO LEATHER
Have you spotted a model on the website but would like to replace the leather part with a plant-based material? Write to Rossana who will present you with a selection of alternative materials.

POSSIBLE REPAIRS
In the rare chance that your bracelet or necklace breaks, keep the beads and contact Rossana promptly. It can be repaired!
